My family has been renting at Hyde Park for approximately 6 months. We understand that living in an apartment complex means that you have to let things slide, and ""choose your battles"" when it comes to requests. Loud music, dog waste in the grass, and grilling restrictions are things that are enforced, but not always maintained. From our experience, you will find this where ever you go. However, you should not have to stress on repair and maintenance of your apartment. This is the case at Hyde Park. We still have maintanence problems never fixed from the 1st day! The maintanence staff is rude, condesending and unhelpful. The actual apartments are very nice, and so are the grounds. Pros: Apartments and the grounds are nice. Cons: Maintenance staff unhelpful, condescending and rude. more
