Keeping up... 3/22/2011

Everything ages but the Wynfrey has done a good job on keeping it's looks up. I was at a conference last year and enjoyed the pool before my long meetings and a nice soft bed after. My teenage daughter was with me and she enjoyed the fact she could go to the mall right there and that there was free Wi-Fi in the lobby. I would recommended this hotel BUT it is not one I would pay more than $125 a night for. more

This hotel doesn't age gracefully... 1/10/2006

From the outside, this place looks exquisite. And it used to be very nice, that much is true; but I'm afraid this place has let itself go. The common ostensible view is that this is a place for wealthy travelers and Just-Marrieds. But once you're inside and you have a room, everything changes. The rooms are mediocre and not very well kempt. The service isn't that great, and everything is expensive, so it should match the price, it just doesn't. However, it is conveniently attached to the mall, and the valet guys are extremely nice, which is why I give it two stars instead of one. more
