Prior to owning pets, I knew Dr. Williams -- which was the main reason I chose to drive 20+ miles (one way) to use her services as a veterinarian. She and her staff have been fantastic to me and my pets for many years. They are thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and compassionate (when necessary). I have -- and will continue to -- recommend them highly to anyone who asks. more

Love them and so do the pets! 9/3/2008

Everyone here that I have dealt with has been awesome! They always explain possibilities and procedures with you in detail. Anytime a service is to be done you are provided with a quote detailing each expense in which you can say yes or no to any service. I've had other vets before but will not switch to another vet again! Even my animals aren't nervous to go see them because they know they will be loved up and get lots of attention. more

Great Service! Very affordable! Great Techs! Great Vets! Receptionist are ALWAYS friendly! Never pointed us in the wrong direction. Wonderful advice. Was always upfront about costs. What more can I say?? There great! more

As the owner of Pet Authority Animal Hospital I would like to respond to "EUGASARD'S" review & comments on our services and charges. As pet advocates our entire staff tries to educate each and every pet owner what is best for their pets health. Every service recommended is quoted out for our clients and discussed in detail so each owner can make a knowledgible decision regarding their pets health care. What services were you seeking for your pet and why do you believe that any staff member tried to "add on procedures and unnecessary vaccines". Were these services and vaccines discussed with you as a way to inform you of new developments in pet health care? Was a quote given to you prior to any additional services rendered? Were you not asked if you would like to decline additional services or vaccines that would benefit your pets health care? We offer Pet Wellness Plans to help keep pet health care costs down as well as Care Credit (human & pet health care card for medical services), were these services offered to you? Our highly trained staff spends a lot of time with each client to educate them regarding their pets health care, so that the clients decision on what they feel is best for their pet is a informed decision. Save you money for some gas 5/14/2008

The Pet Authority is only an authority on ripping people off and charging for services not rendered. They are more expensive than most vets. and change their prices after getting you in the door, with add-on proceedures and unneccessary vacines. I wouldn't even give one star. Spend your money more wisely at another vet! more

I would recommend Pet Authority to all pet owners 4/9/2007

Sparky Von Lickster, born 09/09/04, has rave reviews about the care he receives at Pet Authority. Drs. Williams and Hutchison are top notch vets in his book. He and his gal pal, Katie Martin, who lives across the street, are frequent visitors to the Waterford Pet Authority for their regular check ups and boarding at 'The Puppy Palace" as we call it. Sparky loves the women and the TLC he receives when he visits. Thanks to all of you for making Sparky a happy little man! more

  • Our hospital is dedicated to providing the best possible preventive care for your pet. We offer Laser surgery, dental radiography, an on site laboratory, radiology, blood pressure checks, and ultrasound screenings. We have also developed Wellness Plans which cover all of your pet's annual preventive care, and help save you money! Unlike insurance policies which only cover certain portions of your pet's health care, our wellness plans include all aspects of your pet's yearly preventive care. Once enrolled your pet is eligible for discounts on exams, surgery, and all heartworm, and flea control products! We are administering three year distemper vaccines for both dogs and cats. We use the safest Rabies and Leukemia vaccine available for your cat. We still recommend twice a year exams for life. These check-ups are the only way our doctors can help find problems early.
