I found a tent i needed for my company on Friday and it was was Tuesday. When I called the customer service I thought it was going to cost me a fortune to get it express shipped to me. I found out that they offer free 3 day shipping a no extra cost. Nikki, was the best service agent I have ever talked to. She was extremely informed and helpful. I told her what I needed and it was delivered on Friday. I have to say that it was a pleasure doing business with HutShops and I would shop there again. more

I ORDERED FROM HUTSHOPS THROUGH AMAZON. THEY HAVE THE TOYS THAT I NEEDED FOR MY DAUGHTER AND NEPHEW FOR CHRISTMAS. TRUSTING THIS COMPANY, I HAVE PURCHASED 4 ITEMS FROM THEM. THEY DID DELIVER WITHIN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED BUT THE ITEMS WAS IN 4 SEPARATE BOXES (I WONDER IF THIS IS CHEAPER FOR THEM RATHER THAN PUTTING ALL 4 ITEMS IN THE SAME BOX). 3 ITEMS CAME WITHIN THE 3-DAYS PROMISED AND 1 IS STILL IN TRANSIT - WHICH SUCKS BECAUSE ITS ALMOST CHRISTMAS AND I AM HOPING TO GET ALL THE CORRECT ORDERED ITEMS ON TIME BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE! THEY SENT ME 2 OF THE SAME ITEM WHICH CAN ONLY MEAN THAT I AM MISSING 1 ITEM. I WISH THEY GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER ESPECIALLY THIS TIME OF THE YEAR WHEN PARENTS TRY TO GET THE GIFTS FOR THEIR KIDS ON TIME. ANOTHER THING, THEY DO NOT HAVE A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CAN HELP YOU RESOLVE ANY SERVICE ISSUES. ALL THEY HAVE IS AN EMAIL WHICH SAYS ""WILL GET BACK WITH YOU IN 4 BUSINESS DAYS"".
