Previous Posters are Smoking Crack 1/5/2012

Not sure why the people on here are posting negative comments, but our experience with Dr. Kevin has been more than superb. Dr Kevin is an extremely patient person and is by all accounts in the right profession. In regards to one of the previous posts, first off the term is traumatized not dramatized. Just goes to show the level of intelligence from bashers on the Internet. We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and both of them are extremely comfortable with Dr Kevin and his staff. All of the people here are extremely nice and, most importantly, patient. The one thing I will add is that Dr. Kevin does hold the parents accountable for their children's poor dental hygiene. Which isn't done enough in this world. Parents should be held accountable. I fully recommend Dr. Kevin and give him and his staff 2 thumbs up. more

My daughter is dramatized 10/19/2009

My daughter had a filling done in Dr. Snaer's office and she's now dramatized. The office was backed up that day, we waited 45 mins in the front. Then 10 min in the office while Dr. Snaer had to rearranged the laughing gas apparatus since the assit had it wrong. Then an assit informed Dr. Snaer there are patients waiting for almost an hour. \r \r I was still fine until, Dr. Snaer started drilling on my daughter the second he's done with the anesthesia injection. My daughter literally jumped out of the chair. Then Dr. Snaer told me to use my body weight to hold her down. I asked if this is normal and his reply was ""your daughter just don't want to do this."" My daughter doesn't cry for shots and teeth cleaning. My poor 3 years old is still dramatized and would not inform me any problem inside her mouth. Pros: Office is very clean. Cons: Drilling the second Dr. Snaer is done with the anesthesia more

Horrible with children!!! 9/21/2009

Stay away! Dr. Kevin was arrogant and rude and this is his practice he has taken over from his father. My 4 year old daughter saw him 3 times and he caused undo pain to her 2 of the 3 times. By the 3rd visit she was scared of him and told me ""Mommy I hope he is more gentle this time"" The first visit while forcing an x-ray film into the back of her mouth, he pushed his thumb into her recently dermabonded (glued @ the ER) cut on her chin. He reopened the cut and blo*d was running down her chin. As she was crying uncontrollably, I told him to be careful of her chin and he said ""Oh, her crying has nothing to do with her chin!!"" Of course the blo*d said otherwise. Sadly, I can give a couple of other examples that are equally disturbing, but I think one is enough. I feel sick thinking of how I took my children to him. If you are considering this dentist/office...keep searching!!! Pros: NOTHING Cons: Dr. Kevin is arrogant, has no bedside manner, rude to all more
