A convenient and unique living solution 5/25/2011

I have lived at Hunter's Run for almost 3 years now. I love the location. I am no more than 15 min from almost everywhere. Downtown Raleigh, North Raleigh, Durham and super close to tons of shopping in Cary. It's not your typical apartment. Hunter's Run is all one-level, no one above or below and they all have a pretty large (~400 sq ft) walk-up attic that is great for storage. I have seen some improvements recently since management of the property was taken over by Drucker & Falk. The communities grounds are cleaner and better landscaped. The pool looks great this year. Maintenance is on the ball getting any problems taken care of. I had an electrical problem with my heating unit this past Christmas night. It was nearly midnight when I called maintenance and they were at my door in less than 20 minutes and worked out in the snow until it was fixed. Two thumbs up! more
