Great Veggie Tofu Spinich 12/25/2010

Very pleased with the Tofu Spinach, and my dad was so happy to have some great chinese food that he wants to go back. We felt lucky to have a restaurant that was open on christmas day, but pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Give it a go if you like chinese food. more

I use to eat here a lot my first year of college because they are one of the few places that deliver to UNC. So at that time the food was pretty good. Although when I was able to get off campus on my own and experience other chinese food, Hunam just wasn't as good. So if you have no other choice then they are alright. more

Great food... 6/5/2008

I don't know what that person is talking about above me, Hunam is one of the best in Chapel Hill...especially for students. I just graduated so I'm not sure of the pricing, but for students, a dinner combo was between 6 and 7 dollars and you got ALOT of food. The best part of the restaurant is the food. I normally get the Schezuan (sp?) chicken and it is the best I've ever had. I've had alot of Chinese food. If you are into run-in Chinese food and need somewhere for dinner, check this place out! Pros: Great combos for students, delicious food Cons: I'm not sure about prices for non-students more

Not Impressed 8/9/2007

No attention to detail. Food was no comparison to Hong Kong Buffet. The food lacked flavor and the employees were a joke. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Sorry to say I will not be patronizing this place again. Pros: none Cons: Food lacking flavor and customer service is lacking professionalism more

Best Chinese in Town 9/15/2006

This is the best Chinese restaurant in town. It's so much better than Charlie's, Chinese 35, or Jade Palace. Dim Sum on Sundays is great as well. Highly recommended. more
