The Chef had the nerve to tell me he uses the old molded bread in soups and other items that require bread. He said he just uses the oven to cook it off and that makes it safe to eat. I always throw away molded bread if it is not properly stored enough to grow mold it cant be good enough to eat.. I don't enjoy hard and dry bread, I like it fresh. Is that soomething I should be concerned about, or is he speaking about a baking secrect, I am not aware of?
Pros: The Blackjack Burger.
Cons: Does the oven cook off the mold on bread, so its ok to eat?
