I've worked out with Jon at his Austin location for nearly 3 years. Jon focuses on the whole person with emphasis on long-term fitness. He is always prepared for our sessions and can explain the how and the why of each exercise. He tolerates my whiny bad days (there are a few) but is always more than willing to push me a bit harder. All the benefits I've always expected from physical training--sustained energy, improved sleep, reduced depression, better focus--but never got at my old gym, I've gotten through my workouts with Jon. Most importantly, Jon makes me enjoy working out so I do it more consistently than I have in the past.
