BEWARE!!! This is the worst experience I've had in years. I scheduled this company to clean my windows & then go to my friend's house and provide a quote for me so she could determine how much work she could have done so ultimately providing my business and a referral, we're both NEW customers based in West Plano.
They came to my home upon leaving I noticed they didn't clean my coach lights, I stopped them and asked them to do these and they said it wasn't on their work order. I showed them the quote and said that I wanted them done and I will pay to have them cleaned so please clean them and they declined to do so. I had to have them come back again at which time the Forman pointed out that my top windows were never cleaned (even though my quote requested them to be clean and I verbally requested them to be cleaned when they arrived). They had apologized and cleaned them for me.
This is where it gets good. My friend arrives back in town to find an invoice on her door from Hughes Window Cleaning for over $200.00. The office manager of Hughes called me back and was completely rude, she didn't apologize for the incident that occurred at my house, just demanded that I pay her $35.00 more dollars for the extra windows immediately.
When we discussed the work that was done at my friends house without authorization, she lied and claimed that she spoke to my friend and that she confirmed services and went a step further to say that she told them she would meet them there to let them clean the inside windows as well. My friend has been living in a different city for the past six months and was my moving back so not only did she not speak with her, there would be no way she could let them in her home. The story was completely fabricated.
One would hope that you would build your company with integrity, strong ethics and doing the right thing. I've not experienced anything like this in years and there was no reasoning with them with common sense practical conversation. I paid the invoice because it was not about the money, but this review is meant to warn people like from allowing a company like this to enter your home survive you as they are not worthy of your business until they understand how run a business with integrity or at the very least hire the caliber of people to represent their brand accordingly
