Treated like a person instead of a sale 5/18/2011

I am usually really on gaurd anytime I stop at a dealership to look at cars for fear of being taken advantage of. Buying a car is a big financial commitment, one that I don't enter into lightly. But my experience at Huggins was an all around A+. Sales Consultant Ron Hughes was very patient while I drove several different cars. He had other people come in who were asking for him, but he didn't leave me to go secure their business. Of course he wanted to sell me a car, but I didn't feel the horrible pressure or the threats of take it or leave that I have experienced at other dealerships. Curtis Williams who works in the finance department was just as friendly and ended up giving me a GREAT interest rate. My parents have purchased a car from Huggins and talk highly of their service department. (They are hard to impress) Overall an A+ and would buy from them again. Ask for Ron Hughes:) more

I would have to acknowledge Tresha for a great sales job. I was very up front with my expectations, the method in which the sales process needed to flow and that 3 other manufactures had all made the short list. Huggins & Tresha were the only dealer that was straight forward with no sales games. When you made the very short list Honda vs. Mazda they (Mazda) started making offers to win the deal instead of being up front from the beginning.\r Long story short I was very happy with Tresha’s sales skills & very happy with the results – were coming to pick up the car this afternoon.\r Again Thanks for your follow up!\r more

Superior Service\r I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about the superior service my husband and I received from Huggins Honda. My husband and I each purchased a car from Huggins Honda. The staff there provided us with excellent service. Each person was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Most of all they were patient. It was a three day process and at no point did they pressure us. They stayed late, delivered cars, and offered to do anything to help us. It was such a relief to work with your employees!!! I would like to formally enter a commendation on behalf of Forrest Clark. My last purchase at Huggins was 11 years ago. Based on Honda's track record, it might be a while before I buy another one. Never have I regretted not being able to do business with a sales representative on a regular basis; however, this has been my experience with Mr. Clark. Of course, I am already recommending him to friends who might be in the market to buy a car in the next months and years.\r \r You have my business, already, in the service department. Even though good values are fairly prevalent in the new car market right now, Mark Mouton is one of the deciding factors in my purchasing another Honda. If Mark had not been my service advisor over the past several years -- of course, including the time of my near-devastating $3,500 transmission replacement a week before Christmas last year -- I might have considered a car other than Honda. If a bonus or other significant recognition is available for Mark, I highly recommend your considering awarding it to him. Over the past few years, I have spent thousands of dollars on service at Huggins, aside from the transmission, not because I believe dealership prices reflect the best value I could get, but because Mark treats me as if I am his only customer. I’ve been with Huggins Honda for quite a while and I have no kind of complaints. First of the customer service there is absolutely incredible! When I purchased it was about 2 years ago, and like I said I have yet to complain about this dealership. I do my service check up every now and then when my car needs it and no over charges or fighting with the techs. They always give me an answer once I get there or even if I call to let them know what’s going on with my car they inform me if I will be needing someone to pick me up or I have to wait. This makes my life easier and I will never change anything about Huggins Honda. Ever since my purchase I sent many of my friends and family members to the dealership and they have no complaints. Thank you very much Huggins Honda for making this a piece of cake! \r more

This is by far the best dealership I have been too, I’ve been to other places and they give me the run around. I was looking for a brand new Honda Accord Sedan for my new family and I found what I was looking for, black on black interior and exterior! Nice rims and a powerful engine! My new car is clean and wouldn’t change anything about it! Now my family and I are gonna ride safe and fresh! Thank you Huggins Honda for making this work! more

OK so I’m a super picky lil girl when it comes to car shoppin but i have to admit Huggins Honda knows their stuff. The best part is that they did not ask the million dollar annoying car salesman question “what do I have to do to get you in a car today.” I can not stand it when the salesmen ask that. I want to say ummm give it to me for free stupid! Lol! Naw but anyway, Huggins was perfect and I will be back and you should totally go check em out!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Things worked out at Huggins Honda 7/27/2010

I purchased a new Accord V6 NAV on Saturday. It was probably the easiest, most pleasant car buying experienced I've had, and at age 67, I've had a few. My salesman, Jimmy Giatas, was everything one could hope for friendly, informative, forthright in his dealings. He found me the car I wanted when Vandergriff and Frank Kent said they couldn't. Kudos also to Justice Mauser. I had taken a test drive with Jimmy back in the spring sometime and had lost his card. When I asked for an Internet quote, Justice contacted me, asked if I had visited with anyone at Huggins, figured out it had been Jimmy, and got the two of us together. Chase was also a pleasure to work with, whipping me through all the paperwork (although I know that paying cash sure cuts down the time needed). All it all, it was a great experience, even down to the chocolate muffin I indulged myself in while my old Accord was being appraised for trade-in. Congratulations on having a great crew! Pros: easy, pleasurable, trusting more
