Huff N Puff - the best by far!!! 6/30/2009

I had 5 estimates, one was Huff n Puff. The salesperson was the most professional and answered my questions instead of trying to sell me. The installers were great too and I was impressed that they took their shoes off. I like the Renewal by Andersen windows and felt they were priced similar to lower quality no-name brand windows. Plus Huff n Puff has been around almost 40 years and I know a lot of people who had work done by them. more

Made me feel uncomfortable 9/7/2005

I recently had several estimates done, and one of the companies that came to my home was Huff N' Puff. I had read good things about their installation, so I felt comfortable having the estimator come to my house. Once he got there, he was very rude to me. When he found out that I was an accountant, he went as far as to tell me that that must be the reason I was so cheap. He also tried to do the pressure sell. Stating that once he left my house that night, the price would go up another 10%. I find both of those things extremely unprofessional. Not to mention, they wanted to charge $800+ per window. Needless to say, I did not have my windows installed by them....I cannot comment on the installation. more
