Amazing experience. I've bought from Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn, Sundance and other high-end furniture stores. My experience with Hudson's was exceptional. The store staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My salesman, John Hudson, was so patient as one of the sets I was buying was for my teenage daughter who was visiting friends in NY and was communicating with us via text message. He worked with me until we met all her requests. He was straightforward about anticipated delivery times as my order had a few special order pieces. Everything arrived before I expected, which was a nice surprise. The best part of my experience was the FREE delivery. These guys were just amazing. Friendly, accommodating and really funny. I was given a delivery window two days prior and then a phone call giving me a one hour warning before they arrived. Fabulous experience all around!! Can't wait to buy more from them! more

I would rate 4 1/2 if I could, deducting the half for the delivery. The sales woman was wonderful, the couch we purchased exceeded our expectations, free delivery, warranty...wonderful! One of the delivery guys had a.poor attitude which did take away from the experience a bit. The other guy was very pleasant though. We'll definitely buy from Hudson's again! more

I stopped in to Hudson's to look at curio cabinets, in great part because I had a credit from a previous unused service plan. When I arrived, the sales man asked if he could assist me, I told him my story, and he confirmed that I did indeed have $250 dollars that could be applied to any purchase. I found the curio I wanted and bought it that day. The sales experience was totally hassle-free AND they gave me free delivery as well. Within 30 minutes, I was in my car driving away. The delivery was scheduled for this morning (Saturday, Sept 14th). Yesterday I received a call from Hudson's letting me know that my delivery window would be between 8:00am & 11:00am. Stereotypically with any service or delivery calls, I expected that I would wait until 11:00 before hearing anything. However, much to my surprise and delight, at 8:15am the driver called me to say that they were 5 minutes away. Five minutes later, they were at my house, delivered my curio, and were gone by 8:30. It was the nicest delivery experience I have ever had! They were fast yet very friendly and helpful at the same time. I would definitely recommend Hudson's and will purchase more from them! more
