No Place for Animals 8/18/2010

Recently while away my dog got away from its caregiver. A concerned citizen tried to find where he belonged but his tags were at home. Thinking they were doing a good thing they brought him to the Humane Society. It was on a Sunday and the caregiver tried to claim him after getting all the required paperwork but was refused because they were ""closed"". When she went to pick him up the next morning he was crying and whining and covered in urine. How could this happen to a cared for animal in less than 24 hours. What happens to animals that don't have caring owners worrying about them and looking for them? God help those poor animals because no one will care for them at this ""humane"" society. more

A TERRIBLE PLACE WHERE MONEY IS TAKEN IN FOR ANIMALS BUT NO ANIMAL IS EVER CARED FOR SO WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING? CATS RUN LOOSE AND ARE NOT NEUTERED,SO THEY ARE BREEDING ON THE GROUNDS. DOGS HAVE DIED FROM HEATSTROKE AND LACK OF MEDICAL ATTENTION.\r THE PLACE I S UNDER INVESTIGATION.DO NOT USE THEM AND IF YOU DOUBT IT GO AND LOOK AROUND IN AND OUT. DON''T BE FOOLED BY BROCHURES OR THE NICE GROUNDS. THE ANIMALS NEVER SEE THE GROUNDS UNLESS THEY ESCAPED AND ARE LOOKING FOR FOOD AND SHELTER. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
