The customer service here is awful! They make promises and when they can't live up to them the ""100% satisfaction guarantee"" is out the window! I began the therapy and immediately became sick. I reported this to HRC but they assured me it had nothing to do with the therapy after speaking to my regular doctor, who instructed me to stop therapy, I spoke to Henry Robbins the manager who after several unreturned calls, finally called me back to say he was busy with office things and they would not refund my money!
