No follow up. I was told to call back if I still had an issue and I was put off until the next week. I was finally given an appointment and when I got there they had given me the wrong day and time. Then I was told Dr Silcoff couldn't see me for several days. I had the type of thing that if the antibiotic (which other medical professionals said was the wrong antibiotic for the diagnosis)isn't working you need to have it attended to right away. I found a doctor that would see me the same day even though I walked in off the street. I found my new doctor. more

I had a terrible experience with this practice. I rarely go to the dr. In fact I am over 50 and finally decided I needed to see a regular family doctor rather than go to a doctor I saw very occasionally when I got ill (last time 2007) I recentlyh became a patient there. I was stung by something at the beach. They did see me two days after I called. At this point I was very swollen. I was given a medication that other medical professionals told me was not the right medicine for the diagnosis. He said to call back if it didn't feel a lot better in a few days. I called back because it wasn't healing. I was told to wait until after the weekend. I called on Monday and was given an appointment for Tuesday. When I got there I was told I missed my appointment on Monday (which was at a time before I called!!) I was told I would have to wait several days before seeing the doctor I saw orginially. I ended up finding another docotr who actually agreed to see me the same day and a nurse practitioner came out to make sure it wasn't an emergency and I just walked in off the street! I have found my new docotr! more
