Bad: Sales person talks too much and doesn't listen.. Improvements: Sales person needs to call with-in one or two days of arrival of product(s). Not wait a week or so after the product(s) arrival.. Other: If the customer purchases an item and the sales person asks "you know that's a (item)"? Customer answers "yes". Sales person shouldn't keep asking over and over and over and over and over "you know that's a (item)"? If it ends up being the wrong product after the sales person asks a couple of times. Then its on the customer. The sales person shouldn't keep asking the same question over and over and over and over and over and again after the customer pays.. more

My folks bought all their kitchen appliances from Howards and never had a problem. Howards used to deliver and install everything and would haul away the old appliances. My mom recently purchased new appliances for the kitchen and the sales person that was helping us. Told us that WE have to call someone to make arraingments to get everything installed. Worse yet the sales person had to call to order one of the appliances and was supposed to call and let us know that everything was in. My mom called twice to find out when the appliances where going to get delivered. THE SALES PERSON NEVER CALLED BACK!!! I called, told the person that answered about the delivery and stuff. I found out that the store had the STUFF FOR A WEEK. The sales person was supposed to call to let us know everything came-in and make arraingments for delivery and help set-up a time and day for the appliances to get installed. My mom said this is the last time she buys anything from Howards. more

This store seems to have been here forever! Howard's Appliances was one of the first stores my family and I visited when we first moved here and needed some home appliances. I believe we bought our first washer and dryer here and we still have it today, over ten years later. They sell a lot of Maytag appliances, which is a good brand. You can't miss this store, as it has bright lights. You can park in front of the store or on a side street. more
