Bad: Sales person talks too much and doesn't listen.. Improvements: Sales person needs to call with-in one or two days of arrival of product(s). Not wait a week or so after the product(s) arrival.. Other: If the customer purchases an item and the sales person asks "you know that's a (item)"? Customer answers "yes". Sales person shouldn't keep asking over and over and over and over and over "you know that's a (item)"?
If it ends up being the wrong product after the sales person asks a couple of times. Then its on the customer. The sales person shouldn't keep asking the same question over and over and over and over and over and again after the customer pays..
