Worst attitude 4/24/2008

We submitted an online form, got a call back and I sent in the building plan marked up with what I wanted done in my backyard. The guy was nice enough when I spoke to him over the phone and walked him through the things I wanted. I also emailed him a scan of the plan with my markups in color. Cons: Arrogant owner more

Great Design - But avoid if you don't like 3/12/2007

I'm in the process of landscaping a cul-de-sac backyard, expecting to spend 20k or so. Called HLI for a design and estimate. Mark Angelos called me back. I should have called it all off after the first phone call - got the ""look here little lady"" type attitude - the 'don't waste my time if you want all this cra_ for 2k' comment. But I didn't.
