Do not trust Thomas Cope!!! First of all, the business address does not exit. On July 22, 2013 he took a deposit of $2,050 from me and never returned. On September 5th he said he would refund my money but will now not accept my calls or communicate with me. All his good reviews are also fake. more

We met with Thomas last week to see about getting new granite countertops installed. We spoke with him about a review we saw online that wasn't so pleasant. He informed us everything was ok and that he had resolved the issue. We agreed to give him a deposit and 3 days later our new Venetian Gold countertops were being installed. He even gave us a new backsplash made of natural stone for free. We had a very good experience and will be using him to remodel our bathroom. Jhon from Kemah more
