The owner has no idea about custom home theater. They claim to certified but their techs have no training. They may be okay for basic TV installation but not for custom home theat...

People read these reviews you can tell they are fake. Houston custom installers pays people to write reviews for them. All you have to do is click on the persons name with the review and you'll see how they post only one review. If you notice most of them were all within a couple months. It just shows you what kind of company they really are. Do you want to deal with someone that can't earn positive reviews the proper way like other companies out there. more

Do not trust this company. They are not as they seem, they do not have a real office in Galleria its just a post office box . He actually runs this company out of his house. They do not have their certificates and credentials that they claim to have. Their technicians can barely speak English. And their prices are quite a bit higher than most other companies in town. I will never call them again...... more

The whole experience was excellent, installers were on time, courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend HCI Installers to anyone. Perfect service in my opinion. Thanks guys, my wife LOVES our bedroom even more now. more

Awesome TV and Home Theater installation company 3/6/2011

I called this guys to redo the home theater installation that was previously done by best buy. A completely different experience. Very accurate and professional installers. I also have a universal remote control system setup now. Best buy doesn't even do it. Houston Custom Installers knows what they doing. more

Best Home Automation company 3/6/2011

I love different gadgets such as Creston or AMX automation remote controls. Houston Custom Installers install and program such remotes. They did my 2 room Creston system with integrated lighting, thermostat and shades. Even though the system is super expensive, but it worth every penny. more

The Best, Simply The Best!!!! 3/6/2011

I had a lot of problems with my old Home Theater System. I couldn't control it with my remotes. Nothing worked!!! I called a couple of companies before I called Houston Custom Installers and no one could fix my problems. Guys from Houston Custom Installers did the job. Now after work i can finally enjoy the system that I have. Will recommend to everyone. a++++ more

Best TV installers 3/5/2011

This guys installed my Plasma TV. I was very satisfied with the installation. I also revived a proposal from Houston Custom Installers for a 5.1 home theater system which I definitely will go for. I like the price and I know the installation will be perfect. more

Professional and affordable installers 3/5/2011

I had a Home Theater system for a long time, spent approx. $10k on it 4 years ago. I though that it didn't worth 10k, but apparently I was wrong. I gave my system a last chance and called Houston Custom Installers. A very professional team came next day and did an amazing installation job. Now I feel that my home theater system as good as a system in movie theater. Thank you and 5 star rating more
