Worst

I asked them to replace 4 watch batteries...they only had 3 and charged me $12 per battery and didn't have the 4th. I asked if they could order it and said ""NO""!

I went to the house of watches on Concord Pike to get a silver chain for a medal I had. I was greeted by Mardian Berman. She help me pick the right chain at the right length and price. She took the time to explain the differences between the chains (Sterling Silver verse White gold). I found Mardian to be both friendly and helpful wanting too make sure I was happy with my selection. I highly recommend them.\r \r \r \r more

I have gone in many times to this store and always been impressed by the friendly,courteous and efficient service provided by the staff. They have a nice selection of jewelry and gifts for graduation, weddings etc. But even if you go in only to have your watch battery changed or a new watch band they extend the same courtesy as if you were buying a diamond ring. more

Nice place for charms and charm 9/6/2005

House of Watches is a jewelery store that has much more than watches. They also have a selection of other jewelery and they carry the full line of Nomination brand Italian charms. My sister and I bought each other charm bracelets and we go in there every couple months to choose new charms. They are very nice and the prices are reasonable. They also, of course, have a wide selection of watches. They also do jewelery and watch repair. If you need a hard to get watch battery, try this store! more
