Tried Albany's highest Citysearch rated Chinese restaurant. Had it to take out due to early closing on Sundays at 9 PM. Based on decor, restaurant appears to have some ambience. Service was average at front desk. Prices seemed reasonable. Food seemed hit or miss. Lo mein looked a little like chow fun and tasted like neither. No steamed rice came with entrees only fried rice(pork). Definitely, my first. Hits turned out to be the shrimp fried rice and Moo Goo Gai Pan which were ordered a la carte. Supposedly run by people from Shanghai.
Pros: Shrimp fried rice, Moo Goo Gai Pan
Cons: , No steamed rice.
