This was my first experience with a cleaning company, and I suppose this entire process is trial and error. I was under the impression a 'team' would come out- it was two people. We have four bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths. Our entire first floor, and some of the 2nd floor is hardwood floors. I was clear with the woman on the phone that I really wanted the floors done. They quoted me between $90-115, then told me it would be $115 because it was once a month. Cost was not an issue, as long as they do a great job.\r

Their strengths were organizing, vacuuming and our bathrooms look pretty good. They are not good at cleaning the floors. They cleaned around the rug until I asked her to clean underneath. This happened in several rooms, and they were cleaning around boxes and chairs instead of moving them. And nothing was heavy. After they left I noticed multiple scuffs on the floors and several spots that they didn't get- spots that would require getting down and spot cleaning. There was also quite a bit of dirt, so I ended up sweeping some spots again.\r

I will probably not use them again. We really wanted a great job done on our floors and didn't get that, which was so disappointing. If you have mostly carpet and can micromanage them, then I would definitely go with them. I want to trust my cleaners to do a good job and I don't feel like I had that experience.\r

The worst was how rushed they were. They got here a half hour early which was great, but then they were gone in under two hours and I know that to do a good job on our house would take atleast three hours and more care to detail.
Pros: Good organizers, decent job on the bathrooms
Cons: Seemed like they were rushing, not great on floors
