I worked here as a server and have eaten here several times. From a behind-the-scenes perspective, the restaurant is very clean and the food is fresh. All of the servers are required to go through training where a specific routine must be learned and then followed. The food is delicious, with a huge menu that can't be categorized under any one type of ethnic cuisine. If you eat here, be sure to order an appetizer--they are most famous for the spinach dip and shrooms.
Pros: Large groups can be easily accomodated
Cons: Can get very busy; the bar can get backed up on drink orders quickly
