Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill

Tried the St. Charels Hotshots location the other day for the first time. I went on a Friday Night with a friend of mine to throw soft-tip darts cause most bars don't seem to have these type of boards anymore. I was extremely happy to see there were 2 boards open. I was acknowledged the moment that I arrived in the building, and the server was very friendly. My girlfriend arrived about an hour afterward and guess what, they turned that evening into ladies night out on the fly because there was so many lady customers!! I saved money, my girlfriend was happy, which of course makes me happy :), overall we had a great night, and we are looking forward to spending another night there very soon!!!! more

I just moved to st. charles Mo and tried this place because they have pool and darts along with sports on tv. I have only been there twice and have decided that the overall people who go there are friendly. The people there had no problem letting me join in on there dart game or pool game. I had some of there food I dont think it was worth what it cost. As far as the service goes it depends on who is your server. like I said i have only been there twice but both times I had to go find my server just about everytime I needed another drink or wanted to order food. When the servers did come they seemed to have a little bit of an attitude but all the servers are very attractive and they may just be tired of guy comming on to them all night because they did seem very friendly to the women customers. Over all if your looking to meet nice people this is a good place if you want good service it's the luck of the draw on your server but i will be going again. I held a birthday party at Hot Shots (1636 Country Club Plaza, St. Charles, MO) on 4.19.2008. I had a large area reserved for my party of 60 people. We began arriving at 6:15pm, and the majority of our party stayed until close. At approximately 1:05am, we noticed two jackets and a purse were missing, which had last been seen within 10 minutes ago. All three items were placed on tables which we had occupied the entire evening. We were the only customers left in the bar, and began to inquire with several members of the staff. Nobody claimed to have any knowledge of these items being turned in. Including the security guard, who was seated next to us the entire evening. One of the people in my party continued to search the area, and walked to the back of the bar. She then saw one of the staff holding her husband's jacket and walking into an office. She approached him, and asked for the jacket back. She then looked in the office and saw the other jacket and purse. I went in to retrieve them. Upon inspection, we found all of the money had been stolen from the purse. At 1:33am, I filed a report with the St. Charles City Police. Obviously, these events provide us with some concern regarding the practices of staff members taking property from patrons and not allowing the opportunity to return them. On 4.21.2008, I contacted the General Manager, Jason Newton with this report. He indicated he would look into it and call me back. I have not received a response. I LOVE HOTSHOTS IT HAS THE BEST TV'S AND BIG SCREENS FOR VEIWING ANY GAME AND YOU CAN ALWAYS WATCH EVERY GAME AT THE SAME TIME FROM MLB TO NFL TO NASCAR THEY HAVE THE HOTTEST GIRLS THAT TAKE CARE OF YOU AND TREAT YOU GREAT STOP BY ANY ONE OF THERE 6 LOCATIONS IN ST. CHARLES, BRIDGETON, OFALLON, MANCHESTER, SOUTH COUNTY, AND THE NEWEST COOLEST LOCATION AT FENTON AT HWY 44 AND BOWLES THIS LOCATION IS THE NEWEST AND THE MOST STATE OF THE ART ENJOY!!! Unlike the rest of the so called sports bars in the Big STL. this is the only true sports bar in the city. With the best wings and burgers in town, served by the most attentive waitstaff is a true score in the city filled with so called sports bars. I challenge any of the people with negative ratings to go to any Shots location during a big game and say the atmosphere is not that of a true sports bar. JV and DV have done something special in St. Louis and are hats off to you and your 5 LOCATIONS--Shots must be doing something Right!!!!!!! more
