This hotel was a nice surprise for the rate and was conviently located near downtown LA and had cheap ($2 per night) parking. I visited LA for a conference last month at the convention center, about a 20 minute walk from the hotel with a few places to grab a taco or hot chocolate from a local vendor and practice your Spanish on a local. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms are pretty standard for an economy hotel, comfortable yet efficient. If you're looking to save money and a place to park overnight that won't break the budget, this is a good option. I'd stay again if I needed to be located close to downtown. more

This hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles, however, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. I have stayed here a few times and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Also, having access to a microwave and a refrigerator in the room is extremely convenient; as well as the free wi-fi connection. Oh, and don't forget to enjoy the complimentary breakfast served every morning. more
