very nice lobby, great breakfast, microwave and fridge in rooms, nice pool, plenty of parking, safe feeling. Overall, it is a pretty hotel and GREAT for the PRICE. 2nd cheapest in the area when we were looking, and it is a great hotel. more

I stayed at the Comfort Inn while attending the basketball tournament at Staples. The hallways that were carpeted were vacuumed daily. The painted cement walkways were washed each day we were there. The ice machine and pop machine was down the hall and worked fine. more

Was staying in San Diego on a family trip and had a last minute business meeting scheduled at the World Trade Center LA. Looking for something family friendly and economical in downtown was a challenge, but Comfort Inn more than was equal to it. The breakfast was a pleasant and fulfilling surprise. more

When we arrived, we requested that out two rooms be close-the staff worked it out so we could be right next door. The folks are friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was very convenient. more

I have stayed in many Comfort Inn hotels and this one has by far been the best. The rooms are spotless and the service is superb. I will recommend this hotel to all visitors. more

It was a great place to stay 5/25/2012

I chose this hotel as it is close to USC (where I attend weekend classes). It provides accomodations at a reasonable price in downtown LA. It's proximity to Staples Center and other attractions are it's only pluses. more

For the price and location it was definitely worth staying 5/9/2012

I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and orderly, well maintained, and it offered a breakfast and internet. I was able to walk to downtown without any problems. For the price and location it was definitely worth staying in this hotel. more

Comfortable 8/10/2011

Comfort Inn, City Center Los Angeles was a very comfortable place to stay for the two nights I was there. The breakfast accomodations were extensive, with the dining room being packed out both mornings I was there. It appeared that most of the guests felt the same as I did, with many enjoying the variety and service provided at the breakfast buffett/bar. The room was comfortably large enough, with good lighting, microwave, fridge, and coffe service. ... It was convenient to USC where I was attending a convention. I would definately consider staying there again. more

Helpful and polite 8/9/2011

The front-desk staff member, [...], was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. She transferred me to another room when the air-conditioning in the room I was originally assigned to did not work. She also was helpful in retrieving my wallet that I inadvertently left in the room. The wallet, with everything in it intact, was delivered to me at LAX in plenty of time before my flight to Tokyo-Narita was scheduled to depart. She was scrupulously honest, helpful and polite. She is a definite asset to your organization. more

Hotel was nice 8/5/2011

The hotel was nice and recently refurbished. It was as nice as any Comfort Inn I've stayed at. The neighborhood is McArthur Park.... That being said, I felt totally safe. It is very close to downtown, just a couple minute drive... more
