Best

Great location! Right across from the Idler Riverboat and Yorks. The best continental breakfast I ever had. They served blueberries and raspberries. Very clean.

I love the Inn at Hotel Nichols 9/14/2008

I really enjoy my stay at Hotel Nichols every year. The Inn is owned by a single mother from Europe. She is restoring the 100 year old place by herself. The rooms are very affordable and they are so cute. We stay there because everything is so close and because Anna is so nice. She serves a breakfast that is included, bagels, berries, cream cheese, coffee, tea, pastries, etc. Talk about a continental breakfast. They plan to make the transitional to bed & breakfast one day. She is doing great and working hard. I am happy to recommend them. Virginia from Chicago. Pros: Their cute rooms, tin ceils, moving bookcase, lobby, breakfast, location more

The perfect Inn and strawberry picking 6/25/2008

Had a great stay. Enjoyed time at the beach. Owner had a great knowledge of what to do all week. Lead us to a strawberry picking farm and a pottery art-studio in the country. We had a great time. The Inn was very quaint and cute. Pros: location, close to all the shops more

Alot of fun 6/23/2008

Our group rented about 1/2 of the Inn and biked the Kal-haven Trail from Kalamazoo to South Haven. here were 23 of us on bicycles. We rented two apartments and a couple rooms. The apartments joined together by a moving bookcase. We had a great time. Breakfast was very good, bagels, raisin bread, cakes, fruit, strawberry, yogurt. It was alot more then we really expected. It was a great deal. The place it really cool.....old fashioned and some of the rooms were really cute. Will return. Pros: location, ambience, cleanliness more

Moving bookcase, tin ceiling, great woodwork 6/17/2008

Stayed in several small towns and inns. This one is very unique. It has great woodwork, tin ceilings and original lobby desk. Everysingle room is different, one has a moving bookcase as an exit. Tours are given happily. In another room an old window throughout the years has become a bookcase. A light breakfast is served in the lobby and outside brick side walk. Do I sound like I enjoyed it. Yes more

Great experience 8/25/2007

I had a great experience at this Inn. The innkeepers were fabulous. The room I stayed in was adorable. You can choose a room right from their website. Their breakfast was very enjoyable also. They just kept re-stocking stuff. Pros: very clean more
