Hot shotz is just about the only dance club in havelock but definatly worth checking out. It is located right across the street from the Cherry Point main gate in Havelock.
Hot Shotz is open Mondays, Weds, Thurs, Fri and Sat and there is something going on every night. I usually go every night they are open just to hang out with friends and have some drinks. On mondays they have Monday night football and 1.oo draft. I usually kick back and drink while watching the game on there 4ft projection screen TV. They aso have free hot dogs and hamburgers amoung other things.
Weds. they have Wild off the hook kariokee with Dj Jimmy Clarke and people get pretty crazy trying to sing while others enjoy playing free pool on there 5 pool tables.
Thurs Hot shotz offers 25 cent draft with a 3.00 cover or you can pay no cover and have 1.50 16 oz draft. Thursdays are pretty fun and there are plenty of wild chicks there for all you single marines. Pool is free
Firday is off the hook and they normallyhave almost 200 people in there. Ladies are free until 11 if you are over 21 otherwise it is 5.00 cover. They have a dj playing the best in Hip hop and dance music and they have over 16 tvs to watch the dj mix your favorite dance videos. This is by far the best night if you like alot of people and a crazy fun atmosphere,
Sat. they have 2.00 coronas and there is no cover. A slower night but still pretty awesome. You never know what is going to happen.
The drinks are reasonable at 2.50 for domestics 3.50 imports. 2.25 draft. Mixed drinks range from 4.25 to 8.75 for an incredible hulk. There are 2 main bars one on the dance floor and the other near the pool tables and a back beer bar ont he other side of the dance floor.
There is plenty of security and the bartenders are smokin, Definatly a place worth checkin out instead of driving all the way to the beach..
