The first time I ever did this I thought I was going to die, I had never tried it before and I thought it was super hard. However, I've been doing it for a few weeks now and I love it. I've recently noticed that my flexibility, strength, and balance have already improved quite a bit and I look and feel better. I always go to the morning class, this is the perfect way to start my day and I plan to stick with it. I would highly recommend giving it a try, you won't be disappointed and you are guaranteed to look and feel better.
