Wonderful service 7/10/2010

We visited this place few weeks back and we were not delighted during our stay there. The food they served was not outstanding. It was not bad but it was not exceptional neither. It's just the type that you can easily get from any other ordinary restaurant. The service was good though and staff was accommodating. Pros: good service Cons: nothing extra ordinary about the food more

Overpriced, inedible 2/7/2010

Will not go back. Country steak needed hacksaw to cut. Potatoes were greasy. Corned beef hash recipe was not normal. Tasted greasy and corned beef chewy Shrimp were chewy. Biscuits fell apart. Horrible experience. Pros: Good drinks Cons: Food was greasy and inedible. more

not consistant 3/26/2009

I especially went to Horseradish Grill to have the shrimp and gritts that I always order. They are usually great. Last night, I sent the small (which were to be jumbo) shrimp back because they tasted like rubber. The waiter kindly, sent them back and brought another round. The second round was far worse. The rubber texture from over cooking was not the standard I have experienced over the years. Pros: waiter was great Cons: not consistant more

Nice atmosphere, great food 11/24/2008

Horseradish grill is located off the beaten restaurant path in Chastain Park. The location is truly lovely, and it is a charming little restaurant inside. Fried chicken is the specialty here (they have been featured on Food Network preparing this), and it does not dissapoint. A great place for a special occasion! more

Long Time Favorite 8/2/2008

Horseradish Grill has a strange name because I've never seen any horseradish on the menu, but this is an incredible place for gourmet southern food. I love the mini bisquits with peach jam. more

Great evening! 3/5/2008

Dined last night after hearing about the Horseradish for a long time. I enjoyed the chopped salad and ordered the venison due to the waitress recommendation. The salad was good and my venizon was tremendous. I have only tried it once prior and would order it again. The atmosphere is very nice and I will be back for special event type dinners. Also, the staff was highly professional. more

We embrace the philosophy that there is an immediacy to good food and cooking; that there is value in understanding the connection between a region, its history and its people, the seasons and natural rhythm of life. The Main Dining Room gives a cozy and intimate feel near the fireplace, while the Garden Room is the perfect spot for your bridal luncheon, holiday party or business meeting. The outside patio provides what has been voted as the most beautiful and romantic dining area in Atlanta.
