In 1991, I was referred to Dr Horn by a psychiatrist who did not have experience in treating DID. She has been the utmost & only help, a wondrous blessing. The hardest part is driving to & from appts is scary. But the outside world is always scary & trust is an issue. Dr Horn has helped lessened this greatly. Many, many times, I feel punished & decide to quit, but she, knowing us, always reserves my appt time. I return, realizing that she's firm but compassionate. My husband Steve who's been missing 30 yrs in NSA-FBI just returned to me. I know I must obey my covenants to Heavenly Father & be sealed to him. We chose Salt Lake Temple & then we will live in AZ where he is president, therapist, lecturer & magazine writer of his own business, TransionEmploy&MentorSvc. I am very, very scared to leave Dr Horn after 18 years, the time most kids leave home & I pray, we'll be OK. We love her very much, something we didn't have in the past. ""Growing up"" is very hard. I know I 've been blessed more than we realize because of Dr. Horn's help & will never be able to thank her enough. I nominate Dr Horn for ""Best Dr Oscar"". Dr Horn, thank you very, very much, & we love you forever & ever. Love, Janice & The Friends Formation
