I can't recommend them enough. Their maintenance guys are always incredibly friendly, crisply dressed with i.d. and willing to answer any questions on ac/heat with no rush more

Great Customer Service 9/14/2010

Steve was extremely professional and treated our home as if it were his own. He arrived on time, did what he said he would do, and then thoroughly cleaned up. It’s refreshing, especially in this ‘lack of quality age’, to know at least one company still practices the values of great customer service. more

Above and Beyond 9/9/2010

I came home to find that my water heater had been leaking the whole time I was away. Horizon Services sent a technician out that afternoon and not only replaced my water heater, but cleaned up the excess water that had leaked onto my basement floor. They certainly go above and beyond the call of duty. more

Truly Amazing! 8/25/2010

Horizon's service man, Steve, came to my house as a blizzard was winding down. He got his truck stuck 3 times on the city streets and called each time to let me know why he had been delayed. Steve was professional, articulate and knowledgable about the service and product. He explaied everything clearly and thoroughly, and was more than tolerant of my obnoxious dog. I was more than happy with the service I recieved. From the time I placed my initial call to the time Steve completed the job only about 4 1/2 hours had passed. Truly amazing, considering the weather condidions. more

best technician I ever had come and service my unit 8/24/2010

I just wanted to say that John Ryan is the best HVAC technician I ever had come and service my unit. He was friendly and very knowledgable and left me with a great impression. Horizon is lucky to have him as a representative of their company. He did an outstanding job and went over my entire system and spent time explaing what he was doing and how things worked. Horizon continues to amaze me with how well their company relates to their customers and I will continue to recommend Horizon to others. more

Last week Matt cam out to inspect our a/c units and did a great job and was professional, courteous and patient with my questions. i was impressed with him and signed up for the monthly draft for ac and plumbing because I think that you are the best in the business. Very Courteous and Helpful 8/19/2010

I want to say how pleased I was the the services provided in performing an annual checkup of my heating and cooling systems. I was particularly pleased with the service of Mark (HVAC Technician). He was very courteous and helpful in his work - I am a retired electrical engineer who worked for Du Pont for 37 plus years as a power systems specialist, and I was in a position to evaluate his work. Mark was very polite and very competent. I was so impressed that I decided to sign on as a "permanent" customer. more

Just wanted to say thanks again to Brian and Todd who installed a new heating/cooling system at my home on Friday. What incredibly nice young men!! They worked non-stop in that horrible heat, answered all of my questions, put up with my obnoxious dog, and left the yard and basement neat and tidy. more

I just wanted to say that all of the personnel I dealt with performed in an exceptional manner! I am delighted with the results of their project! They worked in a very professional manner and accomplished the job in a reasonable amount of time. They took great care to ensure that the worksite was kept orderly, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves! I've been extremely happy with the majority of work done over the years, and this one was the best yet!!! Thanks for everything!!! more
