The sales rep was very professonial. He was willing to go out of his way to make sure I got the best price for the car that I wanted. Before going to the dealership he showed me two versions of the car that on-line with all the adds fees and the final price. Great place to go if you like Ford vehicles and do not like to be dismissed by the sales person. more

Best Ford Truck Service Dept. the area I am in charge of a fleet of 11 trucks and have taken my Ford's F450, F550, F650, & F600 Trucks to Horizon Ford for about 6 years now. They definitely offer the best truck service of any Ford dealer in the area. Their service writers and mechanics are competent and know their product. We work our trucks hard and use them often for service and repair. I would not consider any other Ford dealer in the area for truck repair. Use Horizon Ford. more

This is what I imagine car dealerships used to be. Friendly and quick service without any high presure sales pitches from greasy sales guys. Everyone we've dealt with from the service department to sales department to their finance department has been VERY professional. When we get our 2007 Ford F-150 serviced, we are in and out in less than an hour!! We reccommend Horizon Ford for their selection and good natured sales people!! more

this is a service department review. overall, i had no complaints - the service staff is pretty friendly and dale volk does a good job of taking care of customers. i also didn't do any comparison shopping/service, so i have nothing to compare to. i came in on a friday morning to get a checkup on my vehicle. i was helped by dale. i came back at around noon, and my car hadn't been worked on yet. i only planned on taking half a day off, so dale told me to bring it back on saturday morning and he'd make sure it'd be taken care of asap. i came back saturday morning, and dale stayed true to his promise - i was in at 8am and out by 10:30am. he also knocked a little off the price. more

I really enjoyed my sales experience at horizon Ford. Unlike many experiences in dealing with other dealerships, they where nice, and accomidating. Doesn't sound like any car dealership you may have dealt with i know. In the end i didn't have that feeling that i had been taken for all i had which was very nice for a change. I would reccomend this dealership to any who are tired of the LONG wait more

This is for the sales department, I haven't brought my car here for service. Anyway, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted - something small, fuel efficient and (very) cheap to get me around and back and forth to work. I talked to Mike, who was super friendly and very helpful. He took as much time and care in looking up cars for me and showing them to me as if I was in the lot for one of their big-ticket cars. He didn't do anything to try and talk me out of what I wanted and didn't try to hard-sell me something I couldn't afford. He found me a nice little car that was exactly what I wanted and then we headed inside. I told him my upper price limit and settled in to wait. I expected him to come back and try and haggle me into paying more then I could, but he came back about five minutes later and the price he gave me, including tax, fees and registration was LESS then what I told him I could spent. He asked if that worked for me, I agreed and it was done. If you're in the market for an affordable used car (They only handle used cars at this lot) then come down and check these guys out - if you can talk to Mike, he'll take care of you! more

From an oil change to a new truck, Horizon Ford does what a dealership should...they take care of their customers!! I went to 5 Ford Dealerships in the Seattle area (Harris Ford, Sound Ford, Ford of Kirkland, Bill Pierre Ford, Bickford, and Horizon) and found the service here to be the best in the business. We wanted a certified pre-owned Ford Explorer and they found the 2006 Ford Explorer Limited that was just what we wanted. Talk about inventory!! They have more clean cars and trucks than ANY OTHER dealership in Washington!! A++++ Service!! more
