It does seem as though you never know the difference a company who cares makes in your day until the unexpected happens. Late last winter, I got out of bed and realized the house was very cold. I was nervous as I called Horan Oil because it was 6:45 in the morning and I had to be at a meeting by 8:30 AM. I was greatly relieved to hear a pleasant woman (Linda?) answer the phone and ask if she could help me. I told her the house was freezing but that I had to leave by by 8:00. She assured me that was ?no problem? and that she would have a technician at my doorstep within 45 minutes. Sure enough, he was there and got the heat back on and was out of the house at 8. Wow, what a relief! Thanks guys
