Terrible service every month when it comes to filling prescriptions. Every month they don't feel the need to authorize refills for medications that change the brain chemistry. I would recommend a clinic in Sacramento or even Salt Lake City. more

They'll Get Your Disability Insurance Canceled 4/6/2012

Doctors at HOPES ruined my life by getting my longterm disability terminated by responses to forms. Problem is HOPES has the city locked up, with everyone being directed to their nonprofit. We need alternate facilities rather than just HOPES. I don't like them. They're supposed to be helping people with HIV/AIDS, not interfering in their life by getting their disability insurance canceled, along with their healthcare. I think they need to be investigated. more

The office personnel of this office is ignorant and careless. Be ware of a front employee Colleen. Why wouldnt they fire her?! She is HORRIBLE! She has neither skills in customer service, nor in patiens sympathy. Very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! Please get rid of her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
