In this day and age, everyone tries to scam u, specially , car sales persons. I was shockingly surprised when I visited Hooman Scion. My salesperson, Matt, really understood that I'm on a budget and am getting my first car. He didn't really push me to get a car and offered me a fare price right from the beginning. Great Service and holiday deals, i went in on labor day weekend looking to buy a scion, i was open to some options on the models and ended up buying an XB because of the good price considering how much money i had to put down, the process took a lil while but it was worth the wait considering the deal that i got, plus free car washes for the life of the car! more

i got an awesome deal on my Scion XB, there were a few that i was looking at, however none of the dealerships that i had visited had the color and features i was in search for! once i stopped at hooman scion i looked at a few models, test drove the XB and decided i wanted that one, they got me a pretty good deal especially considering i had not that great of a credit score! Also, i got a lifetime V.I.P package because i bought the car from them, which includes lifetime oil changes and car washes! awesome deal. more

Worst experience in a dealership rude and liars found an FJ that I liked with the internet price of 29K sticker price 32K. Test drove vehicle asked the salesman Fred ?is this internet price negotiable?? his reply was YES until we sat down to make a deal. He added an automatic cost for LOJACK 1995.00 ? scotch guard 1500.00 ? piece of crap door stripe for 285.00 that I can purchase at my local carwash for 10 bucks. Then he told me all these option are preinstalled on all cars, but I would have to return for the final application of scotch guard. The reason I would have to return is to have these extras INSTALLED. The negotiable price would be in Hooman?s favor. When I made a CASH offer the DEVIL came out of the Finance guy, like if I offended his mother. Didn?t bother to counter offer pretty much said he did not need my business. Where was Hooman at this time with his cute little pink shirt? In his office only greeting the people he screwed on a car deals. When I got home I received a call from the salesman Fred letting me know he had a cheaper FJ in stock. ?Like I would consider doing business with these ass wipes after this experience? I think a different dealership would be happy to take my CASH sale. To bad the lowest rating is 1 star they don?t deserve ? star. more

As wrote: I was at Hooman Toyoto in Long Beach today looking for a new Camry. Rayan was the one helping me. I wanted a White one with tan interior, Unfortunately, they did not have one instock. He told me they can get one right away. I've indicated I'm also looking for a Nissan. Rayan told me they also have a New Nissan store just down the block. The Altima was my second choice. Eventhought I did not buy, the service was great. So I'm heading to Hooman Nissan. more

DAVE RUBIO FROM HOOMAN TOYOTA REPLIED.HE TOLD ME HE HAS THE VEHICLE AND THE COLOR I WANTED.WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND IT WAS DECIDED THAT ON NEXT DAY 09/19/2010 I WOULD PICK UP THE VEHICLE.I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE APPROVED LOAN FROM BANK OF AMERICA AND THEY ARE OFFERING ME 3.39% APR LOAN FOR 72 MONTHS.DAVE TOLD ME SUBMIT YOUR LOAN APPLICATION AND I GUARANTEE WE WILL MATCH IT OR BEAT IT AND ALSO 500$ DEPOSIT TO ENSURE MY INTEREST IN THE DEAL.THEY RAN MY CREDIT AND TOLD ME ITS EXCELLENT(780AND 801). IT WILL TAKE LESS THAN 2 HOURS WHEN YOU WALK IN TO CLOSE THE DEAL. SO NEXT DAY MY WIFE DROPPED ME OFF THERE AT 10 AM.FIRST THING RUBIO TOLD ME WAS THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE BUT HE CAN GET IT WITHIN 2 OR THREE DAYS OR IF I WAIT HE CAN TRY OTHER DEALERSHIPS.(HE KNEW I HAD TO BE AT MY WORK AROUND 1:30 PM) I TOLD HIM TRY TO GET VEHICLE TODAY.HE LOOKED AROUND AND FINALY GOT THE VEHICLE AROUND 1 PM.I GAVE THEM ALL THE INSURANCE MISC. INFO AND PAPERS FROM BOA STATING APPROVED INTEREST RATE.FEW MINUTES LATER THERE FINANCE GUY SHOWED UP AND TOLD ME THEY CAN OFFER APR OF 6.00 % AND CAN NOT MATCH BOA AS PROMISED.I WAS LATE TO WORK AND THEY KNEW THAT.NOW THEIR INTERNET SALES MANAGERS DAVE RUBIO AND CHRISTINA TOLD ME CLOSE THE DEAL AND YOU CAN BRING THE CHECK FROM BOA IN FEW DAYS AND WE WILL ROLL OVER THIS ACCOUNT.I BELIEVED THEM AND SIGNED THE PAPERS AND PICKED UP VEHICLE . NEXT DAY (MONDAY) I CALLED BOA AND THEY SAID I CAN GET MY CHECK ON WEDNESDAY TO PAY OFF DEALERSHIP.SO I CALLED HOOMAN TOYOTA TO LET THEM KNOW I WILL BRING CHECK ON WEDNESDAY. TO MY SURPRISE FINANCE MANAGEDR SAID THAT ITS NOT OUR POLICY TO HOLD THE SIGNED DEAL(PAPERS) FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS.I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I CAN GET THEM CHECK BY WEDNESDAY AND REMINDED HIM OF THE PROMISE MADE BY HIS MANAGERS (RUBIO AND CHRISTINA) BUT HE SAID THERE IS NO SUCH A THING IN DOCUMENTS.SO NOW I AM STUCK WITH THEIR FINANCED 6 % LOAN.
