Finally under new ownership! The new owner seems to be a great guy. you can tell just by talking to him that he knows what the place has been missing. I noticed that the place seem to be cleaner & less cluttered than it use to be as well. wait staff was on the ball and the food was better than i was expecting for pub food. the place has a great outdoor sitting area, that will be great on nice days to sit and relax sipping on a few drinks. With live entertainment in and outdoors Hookslides should be the place to hang out all summer long. if you had a bad experience in the past, you should give the place another chance.
