They treat you like you're family 2/21/2011

The best experience I've ever had with a dealership from purchase through service has been at Hooks Lincoln Mercury . They treat you like you're family from sales through service. I have never had anything but positive interactions with my salesperson, the service advisers and mechanics and runners, cashiers and parts guys. While I'm a fan of my car on its own merits, before Hooks Lincoln Mercury , to me, dealerships were neutral or negative in my total car-owning experienc more

These guys from Hooks Lincoln Mercury are really knowledgeable and have awesome quality control. I was amazed on how clean their shop is. I personally have worked in the automotive industry for years and have never seen this level of professionalism. From my experiences I have seen that Hooks Lincoln Mercury pricing is very reasonable and I get all of my service done here every time I am back in town. Hooks Lincoln Mercury really professional services 2/9/2011

Superb customer service! The tire pressure light for my car didn't seem to disappear even after filling the tire with air so I decided to take it in for service and have it checked out. I called at Hooks Lincoln Mercury to schedule an appointment. Not only were they able to squeeze me in last minute but they also gave me the name of my service agent. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a big smile and warm welcome. The service agent Dennis Hooks was very friendly and ready to help. He took care of everything and simply asked me to wait in the lounging room since it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes for my tire to get fixed.
