Honorable Cynthia N Giuliani

Cynthia Giuliani is a horrible judge. She is biased and doesn't follow through with what she says needs to be done. We had the first court hearing and she said certain things needed to be done by the next hearing by my ex. We came back to court and they weren't done anything like she said but yet she granted visitations to a father who sees his handicap, severely developementally delayed daughter 2 times a year. I didn't have an attorney because of cost and I was interrupted by either her or my ex's attorney multiple times. But when I was I was trying to interrupt or say something, it didn't matter. I wasn't heard at all. Cynthia Giuliani was more focused on the fact that I wanted my current husband to be able to adopt my daughter and she said the court looked down on that, when he's the one who's taken care of her for the last 6 years of her life! She wasn't interested in what is best for a child who is almost 7 yrs old and is basically like a 1-2 yr. old. There are also NRS statutes that state what neglect is defined as and the biological father exhibited those time and time again. She could have cared less! She should not be determing the future of our children's lives. I am filing a complaint with the judicial system to show the many things this judge did wrong. She should not be a judge. She is a not a fair and just person in the least bit. Change your judge especially if it's making crucial decisions about your children! more

I went to court today with a friend of my, this Judge is so bias and prejudice it is very clear to see. This Judge had ex-partie communication with the opposing attorney before this case was even heard. My friend is now in the process of having her recuse from the bench and asking for another Judge. Beware, this Judge does not understand the law nor should she be on the bench deciding the lives of young children. We will prove to the Judicial Commission this judge needs to be removed from her bench. This Judge lets her friend attorneys tell her what to do. This Judge sides with her friend attorneys or who ever donated to her campaign. This judge does not understand the LAW. Beware Beware Beware... You will not get justice for your children or yourself in front of the Judge.... more

I just had a recent hearing and what decision that she makes is not smart. How you going to give the other party visitation rights after having a domestic violence report on them? Then, you tell her that the other party is an alcoholic and gets violent when they have had a few drinks in their system and all she has to tell him is not to drink in front of the child. Hello!!!! It's football season, the father lives with his homeboy and you really think he's going to watch football without drinking?!! I am going to take your advice and try to request another job or get an attorney if mediation does not work out because this is ridiculous. I thought she knew the Nevada laws. I thought if the other party does not complete the COPE class, they do not get visitation until they have been completed. Does this make any sense to anybody???? more

She never hears what the noncustodial parent has to say, she dosen't care to hear the truth and she makes bad judgement, so it is true, get yourself another judge if you can't afford a lawyer!!!!
