AC unit wasn't blowing cold air. Honest Plumber tech provided quick service and got the unit up and running again. He did not try to sell us a new unit like another co. did.

Much more expensive then competition. Very pushy to do other services while on property. Just requested to replace garbage disposal. Suddenly I am told that I might have to flush ...

The short and sweet. I liked the dispatcher, liked the owner(had an issue I wanted to discuss first)Nice guy. Liked the plumber, he was very clean and handsome. He is also very good at speaking and doing plumbing. Will only use this company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Honorable company 8/5/2010

I'm a karate instructor a single dad so I am not wealthy. My car is old and so is my house. I live in sugerhouse and my old water heater was leaking in my dirt basement. I called a few large companies and they are so expensive and very salesman. The Honest Plumber has integrety and honor which for a blackbelt in karate means something and that's what I teach my students. The girl on the phone is caring and the plumber was clean and prepared. The price was ok and the service was outstanding. more

Saved the day. found a hero! 8/5/2010

I love these guys! July 24th. My whole family is here and the worst thing, my toilet clogged and my water heater stopped working. What did I do to deserve this? I called The Honest Plumber, Danny came out and totally handled both issues and was done in an hour. He had a water heater on his truck!! And got my grandpa's false teeth from the toilet. What a day! I never like to pay for a plumber or a mechanic, but if I have to pay I at least hope the guy is honest and wont just ripp me off when I'm deserate. Danny made me feel great, it actually cost me less than I thought. Gave him a big juicy hamburger and a drink before he left. I will call these guys again or if you need a plumber I would call these guys. more

Excellent Service!! 7/16/2010

The Honest Plumber provided fast, excellent service. I was a bit nervous about a water leak on the main water line to my house, and within 3 hours of my phone call the problem was fixed. They came out free of charge just to assess the problem, whereas other companies were charging just to come and take a look. My service technician, Josh, was friendly, helpful and quickly fixed my main water leak. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs, and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. more

Answered prayers 7/2/2010

A prayer answered. I have a 92 year old neghbor that I check on from time to time and I found him trying to unclog his kitchen sink, I asked how long he'd been working on it ans he said since early this morning, it was 5:30pm and he was extremely tired and frustrated. I told him to stop for the night and maybe he could call a plumber. He is a very proud man so I just left. I went home and prayed for him to call my plumber The Honest Plumber. When I woke the next morning and went in the kitchen I saw the answer to my prayer! There it was a miracle, The Honest Plumber letters and picture blested through my window as it passed, I looked out the front porch and saw it stop at me neighbors house. I called the company and out of my mouth screamed your at my neighbors and he's broke! the manager put me on hold and when she came back she said don't worry it will be free! We'll take care of it. Wow God answered my little prayer. Next thing a couple of hours went by and the truck was still there more

As a business owner I appreciate the professional manner in which I was handled and that is why I'm taking the time to write this review. I own a restaurant and my hot water had stopped working, I always get three estimates for big jobs and figured this would be a big job. Two other companies told me I needed a new commercial water heater which is very expensive. The Honest Plumber found the problem and needed to order a part. They hooked up a temporary water heater to get me by. The next evening they showed up with the part and I was back in business. This company has employees that care about their business. I asked the plumber how business is and he responded it was very busy, as an owner I asked why because I'm always curious, he mentioned that they are crazy about service and the owner treats us very well so we treat you good in return. There was more I asked him and will call the owner for tips on how I may improve my own company and our service. more

Mother's Day was almost a disaster -- water heater flooded the laundry room and garage. Mark from Honest Plumber came out in no time and replaced the heater. He even helped clean the mess. Nice guy and honest. Pros: helpful/honest more

What I like the most about The Honest Plumber is that they are smart enough to know that when companies attack one another, both companies loose. There are more than 400 plumbing contractors in Las Vegas. A handful of companies realize the importance of positive reviews. Smart companies benefit when they co-exist with one another. There are companies that understand this and I know the Honest Plumber is one of those companies. The Honest Plumber is credible, commendable, would not lie cheat or steal. He is truthful, trustworthy, fair and sincere. He is straitforward & free from deceit. His success is gained & earned by fair methods and not by cheating, lying or stealing. He is genuine, pure, frank & open. P.S. I like it that reviews on kudzu, citysearch, insiderpages, superpages, bing, yellowbot, yellowpages, etc. can be withdrawn at anytime. Really Helped Us 2/15/2010

After returning from a 10 day vacation, we found water dripping from the ceiling. Honest plumber came right out and located the leak coming from the pipes in the shower. They even assisted with helping us contact our insurance provider for reimbursement. We appreciated their help and highly recommend them to others. Pros: Leak Resolved more

emergency service provided 10/17/2009

We had an emergency hot water heater issue the morning that we were leaving town for vacation. We frantically searched for a company to repair it before we left. Most companies were not able to send someone out right away. The Honest Plumber managed to fit us in - they worked around our schedule and were able to repair the problem immediately. In the future any plumbing issue that we have we will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all of our friends and family. Wonderful company and wonderful people. Not a plumbers-crack company. Clean, uniformed plumber arrived in a well-marked company van. Very professional in apprearance and nice plumber. Assisted me with problem-solving the clogged drains in the bathrooms and kitchen. He explained several options to me. I never felt pressured but instead felt he was there to help with clearing the line so family-life could get back to normal. I was given a very reasonable written price. No extra charge for nights 10/7/2009

There was no extra charge for night service. I wasnt looking forward to taking a cold shower. This company replaced my water heater at 11:00 at night. I didn't have to pay extra for this great service. Thank you Honest plumber for helping us. Pros: great service more

Arrived on time, was efficient and clean. Diagnosed the clog and showed me the problem with a camera. I never felt pressured and was offered a great price to unclog the mainline. I will use the Honest plumber again Pros: Honest people more

Best Plumber Ever 9/30/2009

Every toilet and drain was backedup with no chance of draining. I tried to fix it myself using a snake with no luck. Honest Plumber came out after 7:00 PM to rescued me and the family. No extra charge for after hours and great service. Wife is a teacher and we got a discount. Pros: Rescued Us more

Best I've Found 9/28/2009

Wife put too much down garbage disposal and it became clogged, backed up both sinks and leaked all over kitchen floor. What a mess. Honest Plumber came out at night to clear the drain. Mark left the area cleaner than he found it. I will call them again. Pros: Reasonable price and fine service more

Great service with this company 9/28/2009

Our upstairs condo had a leak that the owner below told us about. I feared a very expensive repais -- ceiling being removed, looking at pipes and whtever else. Honest Plumber took a look and within seconds figured out the problem. No holes in the ceiling. He replaced something in the bath tub and calked it for me. Fast service and very honest. I was lucky as someone else would have charged me more saying it was worse than it was. Pros: Honest people more

Water Meter problem solved by them 9/10/2009

I had a water leak from the meter to my house. The city said I was responsible. First company gave me a price that was more than I was willing to pay. Honest Plumber gave me a reasonable, fair price. great service. Pros: resonable, fair price more

Great Plumber Service 9/9/2009

The shut off by the master toilet were not tightened down by the handymen that installed our toilet. As a result, the bathroom, bedroom, closet and hall were floded. Honest Plumber came out within 30 minutes of my call and replaced the angle stops, made sure everything was tight. He assured me I would not have the problem again. While there, I had him replace the kitchen sink faucet. Very reasonable in price. Nice guy. Pros: reasonable price, at my house within 30 minutes more
