AC unit wasn't blowing cold air. Honest Plumber tech provided quick service and got the unit up and running again. He did not try to sell us a new unit like another co. did.

Much more expensive then competition. Very pushy to do other services while on property. Just requested to replace garbage disposal. Suddenly I am told that I might have to flush ...

Fine Service 11/21/2011

I have used honest plumber twice now in the past 8 months. First time was to replace a toilet and today to unclog our kitchen drain. Each time the plumber arrived as was told, checked the problem and gave an estimate. Clean guys and I was pleased with the service. more

Cheats! Buyer beware 11/8/2011

Cheats! We called Honest Plumber to fix a pipe that was leaking. They wanted $250 to fix it. When we asked how long it would take and what would be the cost of the materials, they would not answer. We got a different plumber to fix it for $85. Took 30 mins and $10 in materials. Bottom line, if you don't want "Honest Plumber" to cheat you ask "How long will it take and what will the materials cost?" more

Saviors 11/1/2011

I would recommend this company to anyone! Andy was my plumber and my house was totally flooded with toilet water, he made me feel at ease since I could tell he has done this many times before, Before he started he called another company to extract the water and by the time he was done with my clogged sewer the other company arrived< Andy stayed to make sure I was ok. he whole experience for being so bad showed me that there is a reason for people like that. Andy told me that's how the whole company is from the owner down. Thanks Andy! more

Their service was fast and professional. They were a little bit more than another bid that I had previously, but they were the quality that I had expected for the price. This guy pretty much detailed my bathroom for me after he was done cleaning a clog out through my bathtub drain. Hope I never have to call again, but if I do I will be glad its you coming out. Las Vegas Has An Awesome Plumber 10/25/2011

I never thought I would be rating a plumber online but here I am. These guys were by far the best I have had! We have an older home in the Summerlin area, and we have had our fair share of plumbing issues over the past few years. I feel bad because I caused this guy some grief but he really came through for us with his excellent service. Thanks Honest Plumber! more

Dishonest Plumber 10/1/2011

The positive reviews for ""Honest Plumber"" are fake. How do I know? Because I used ""Honest Plumber"" and got ripped off. I had no hot water in the shower so I called ""Honest Plumber"". Guy named Ivan shows up and says that shower cartridge is stuck and has to be removed. Ivan says it will cost $275 and that is what everybody else charges. I say ""OK"". It takes Ivan 10 minutes to change the cartridge! And the item costs $40! So for 10 minutes work he has charged me $235 for labor, that is $1,410 per hour of work!!! more

The worst and shady 8/24/2011

The worst, They came to power jet the sew and collapsed the line, then never came back to fix, left me with no sew drainage. Left it to me to find other help and fix my self,or pay$10000.00 and they would repair my old line. I did for under $500.00. Almost one month late Tony called and wanted me to pay $1250.00 thier time spent,but not fixing my line. I said no, and he said they would sue. more

Good Plumber 8/2/2011

I want to thank Troy at the Honest Plumber for getting a plumber to my house for the emergncy. Not a single toilet would flush and the sinks did not drain. The 2 plumbers worked at 9 at night . Thanks for the help. more

Neighbor Recommended 7/24/2011

Highly recommended by my neighbors for a water conditioning system. We were tired of the hard water and ready for a change. Plumber that was sent out was prompt and professional. He called the owner to get a discount for us. We have enjoyed the soft water for a week now and are wondering why we didn't get this unit sooner more

I took the best estimate of 3 companies and considered if they were with the Better Business Bureau or not. Reasearch on my part paid off. Honest plumber replaced the water heater and garbage disposal within the price given. and asked if I was satisfied. He was clean and seemed nice. Good way to start the weekend -- hot water and a disposal. more

I waited for over five hours! They are never on time. Do not believe the appointment time that they give you. Don't lose time from work and wait for them. It happened to me personally. more

Finally soft water 6/17/2011

Max at the honest plumber recently installed a twin water softener system. With a family of six we are saving money by using less soap. Better feel to our skin. Water in LV is too hard and this system is working quite well for us. Thank you, Jon & Jean Patterson more

Thank you for the help 5/21/2011

It seemed every sink would not drain. I tried the drano approach with no success. Then paid another plumber $69. to clear the drains. Another waste of money -- like throwing money down ther drain but given my problem even money wouldn't go down. I saw honest plumber online and gave them a call. They showed me with a camera in the line the root of the problem--literally tree roots clogging the line. Both plumbers worked quickly to clear the line. Sinks now drain and toilets too. more

Best and on-time plumber service in Las Vegas 2/8/2011

I was in a fix which plumbing firm to call for my problem. One of my office pipes was leaking and water was dripping in my office. My admin. Officer called up honest plumbers saying that they would arrive quickly. I was so impressed by the time and the service they gave. I would recommend honest plumbers service to people of Las Vegas.
