Honda World Downey

I just bought my CR-V from Honda World Downey, and I am sure glad I did! I was so apprehensive about the whole ordeal of purchasing a new auto that I was sure I would be using public transportation for the rest of my life. From the moment I met Vanesa Avellaneda and my sales associate, Alma Alba I felt at ease. They were gracious and helpful. They were able to locate the model I wanted from some other location. I had to wait a little for them to bring it to Downey. Meanwhile, Ms. Alba stayed with me and held my hand while walking me thorough the process. Mr. Offodile the Finance Manager was very professional and courteous. He set me at ease with his smile and good humor. I was worried that I would be pressured into purchasing unnecessary items, and/or given a contract that I could not afford, but Ms. Avellaneda and her staff gave the best deal imaginable on my new vehicle. I give high marks to Ms Avellaneda and her team. So if you are looking for a new car and want avoid the strong arm tactics used by some other dealers I strongly recommend that you give Honda World Downey a try. more

Bought my first new car from Honda World! Well, my parents bought the car for me! It's my graduation gift, since I graduate in 6 weeks! Maia Hau helped me find the perfect car and at the perfect price! She was willing to help me and my parents in any way she could in order to buy the car right on the spot. They accommodated our price needs and within 4 hours I was driving home in my new 2014 Honda Accord, EX. Their business is selling cars, and that is exactly what they do! They make clients happy and allow them to drive home in the car of their dreams! A friend recommended me to this place after she purchases her car (at a great price as well).
