Poor Service from the Service Dept 7/26/2008

I have had a very bad experience with their Service Department. I took my Suzuki LS650 into their service department on July 1st for an inspection, replacement of front brakes and a carb tune up (rejet) to help stop the backfire. They quoted a 5 business day turn around. more
