I would like to salute the outstanding service I received this week from Wally M. I had driven down from San Francisco, spent a few days in Santa Monica, and was just about to drive back, when I noticed my radiator was leaking. In a panic, I brought my Civic to your dealership, and wound up dealing with Mr. M. Not only did he promptly expedite replacing my radiator, but he also went out of his way to put my mind at ease. You have no idea how much that meant. Keep up the good work! more

I stopped in and my only complaint was that it ended up taking much longer than I thought it would because I kept having such entertaining conversations with Bobby and Monique in finance. Honestly, that's not even a complaint...it was just as much my fault as theirs...they were just too fun! more

the price was actually a bit lower 6/28/2010

Bobby and his colleagues were able to negotiate a low APR despite my short credit history and the price was actually a bit lower than what we had discussed the day before. While I did get offered the extended warranty, security system and GAP insurance, I never felt pressured to buy in. more

Not Pushy 6/14/2010

I live very close to this dealer and after a nightmare experience with many of the other dealers within 25 miles. I decided to go into this dealer, even after reading the several posts on this site. I was upfront and told them I had read the reviews and was a very local buyer and wanted to buy from them. I knew what I wanted and they were totally flexible and willing to help me get what I wanted with a good deal and a trade in. The used car manager was also very good on my trade. I originally wanted a AWD Element, they looked for over 4 weeks to find one in the color I wanted and no joy in the LA area.. I even called other dealers and this was the case... I ended up buying the SC which was my choice to move to the SC they were not pushy towards me on buying that car. more
