This was the best experience I?ve had buying a car thanks to Amil Marrima, Joe Deluca and Lynn Kealy. I found Amil to be knowledgeable, personable and professional. After taking the Accord out for a test drive he patiently explained how to use features I wasn?t familiar with. I was really impressed by his knowledge and familiarity with the Accord I wanted. Lynn Kealy helped me thru the financial end of the purchase. She took the time to explain the different options, warranty and maintenance plans. The financing options allowed me the flexibility needed to complete the sale. Thanks so much for the hard work. Within a short period of time I drove off the lot with the car I wanted and with more options and was still within my budget. I awoke this morning, reviewed the deal in my mind, and I?m still a very happy customer of Tipton. Joe Deluca, his sales staff, and finance staff were excellent to deal with. Mike was a great guy, it was a pleasure working with him. I'm satisfied that I got a good deal, I would have liked to get a better price, but really when can you not say that?
