I got an oil change. I paid $40, got all honda parts, and they washed my car. I usually go to jiffy lube, but it was only $5 more and I got a free car wash. Plus it was fast.

I just bought my 3rd car from Tipton Honda, and I've never gotten anything but great service from them. I feel they are honest and knowledgeable. When an issue did arise in the past it was handled in a courteous and professional manner. Shawn Cummings was the salesman that I bought my car from, and I would like to give him 5 stars as well. He was personable, well informed and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this dealership for buying a car and getting your car serviced.\r more

I bought an accord last weekend from Tipton Honda. I saw one in Auto Trader, but I ended up getting another one when I got to the lot because I liked it better. My salesman was awesome and I got a really good interest rate. Two thumbs up! more

Smooth process 8/2/2011

I bought a new CRV last week from Cameron at Tipton. He was very polished and made the process very smooth. He spent a lot of time going over the equipment and making sure I knew how to work everything correctly. That was good because alot had changed since I bought my last honda in 1998! They last forever, but it was time for a change. I had 165,000 miles on my Accord, and it was still going strong! more

I was looking for a new car because mine had broken down. I contacted the internet department at Tipton Honda and spoke James emailed me and we spoke over the phone. The other dealers I had emailed had no REAL person to speak with to answer my questions. James answered them all. I went to the Dealership the next day and he helped me get a CR-V. I was in and out in no time and a guy named Joe and Corey made the experience even better! Great staff! Keep it up! My daughter will be in next week to get her Civic from Tipton, and James in the internet. more

Best price best place 7/26/2011

checked all over town for an Atomic Blue Civic coupe. No one had it, but Tipton Honda was the only dealership that said they would get it for me. They did a dealer trade all the way to LA to get the exact car I wanted, and had it for me the same day! They also gave me the best price of all the quotes I got. I am very happy with my new Civic, and with the Internet Department at Tipton Honda! more

I have purchased 2 cars from Tipton Honda and take my cars in to get serviced there regularly. If you are looking to purchase a car, Miguel and Victor were both very helpful in answering all of my questions and showing me a great selection of cars that fit my budget...and best of all...they were not pushy and overbearing like salesmen at other dealerships. Whenever I take my car in for servicing, I am always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff and leave the lot with a freshly washed car! If you are one of those mechanically inclined people (like my father), Tipton Honda also gives you the option of ordering parts online. Our parts were ready for pickup at the dealership the very next day!! Tipton Honda of El Cajon has my loyalty and I will recommend them to all my family and friends!! more

pleasant experience 7/18/2011

I visited Tipton Honda last Saturday for the recall on my ingnition switch. Called on Thursday afternoon and was scheduled to have it replaced on Saturday afternoon. My vehicle was ready in 30 minutes with the most some outstanding customer service ever. I do not normally take my vehicle to the dealerships. They are too busy and I don't like leaving my car with them all day. James scheduled me in expediantly and then installed batteries for both my key fabs that needed replacing. Ken did a great job at convincing me that dealerships CAN give you great service. Thank you for a pleasant experience and I will return for my future needs. more

courteous and easy 7/14/2011

I went to Tipton to compare a Honda Fit with a Toyota Yaris. I was a die-hard Toyota girl, and was 95% sure I was going to buy a Toyota, but liked the Fit so much, I decided I wanted it. I called the dealership from home and talked with James (Internet Sales). I explained I have an infant at home and didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership negotiating. James worked with me over the phone and we quickly came to a price we could agree on. He even offered to deliver the car to my house with the paperwork so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. My car arrived at my door as promised, detailed and in perfect condition. The paperwork was all in order and in 15 minutes, the car was mine. I am buying my cars like this from now on! James was courteous and easy to work with. Of course it's his job to sell me something, but I felt he was educated about his product, excited to be helpful and didn't pressure me into something I didn't want. He kept the run-around out of the deal. If you want a Honda, go see James! more

very friendly and helpful 7/11/2011

I went in to purchase a car for my daughter. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was a little apprehensive about the purchase and the General Manager stepped in and worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable and to make sure I got the deal that worked best for me. At the end I was very comfortable and happy with the deal he worked out for me. I felt like everyone there worked very hard to make this happen for me ans to make sure I was happy. I have actually bought three cars now through this dealership and highly reccommend them more

Julian helped me to find a car that was just right for me. I have no regrets over my purchase or shopping experience. I was very pleased with the service. I came in wanting to trade in my car and leas a new Insight, and you guys helped us out and took care of everything. I was happy with the price I got for my car, and the price on the Insight, all in all I was very happy with this dealership and will recommend it whenever I can. I wanted a 2011 Odyssey Touring which is hard to come by. Amil said he would call me as soon as they got one and he called me before it had even arrived at the dealership. I walked in with the price quote I got from the internet and they did not argue. They made it so easy and they took my old leased Honda back without any hassle. They car even arrived before the scheduled date. I am a happy soccer and dance mom driving in the Rolls Royce of mini vans. Thank you. more

very smooth 7/1/2011

My husband and I had been looking at Toyota Camrys and possibly Priuses. He suggested we look at Hondas. We'd gone in to possibly look at the Civic hybrid and saw the Accords. They were beautiful. We compared the value to a Camry, and the Honda won! Mike was very patient in taking us on a number of test drives -- and this was on a Monday night about an hour before closing! We were shown a beautiful 2010 Accord that really fit the description of what we were looking for, and the decision was made fairly quickly. We feel we got a reasonably good value for our trade-in and a fair price on the Accord. We were able to complete the sale that evening, and the entire process went very smooth more
