Just want to start off by saying I have purchased many cars in the past 3 years and this has been by far the easiest and best experience by far. My Sales Rep was courteous, honest and very professional. My next Honda purchase will be from there and Matt Singer as my Sales Rep. Thanks for the great experience HACB!!! more

honda crz 3/31/2011

I had a pretty good experience buying the car through howie he was really nice and not to pressuring. I think they should have been more willing to throw small things in on the house since you are spending 20 grand...some wheel locks are not that expensive would have made me much happier, i know a lot of other dealerships have thrown in much more than that for friends who recently bought cars. more

Peace of Mind 3/22/2011

I had been weighing the idea of selling my 2001 Passat privately or trading it in. I had heard from two different friends about how great of an experience they had at Honda of Bellevue, so, I gave it a go. Ryan was so great about contacting me (without feeling pressured) about an appointment. It was made the same day and he walked me through the steps of trade in and leasing the car I had wanted. I love my new Honda FIT and the experience with Ryan and his team at Honda of Bellevue. more

We recently leased a CRV from Honda of Bellevue. Most discussion was done via e-mail with Matt Singer, until the day of purchase. We had a great experience. Matt was informative, helpful and best of all not pushy. We had a very relaxed experience there and recommend the dealership and Matt highly. more

Dennis, Steve, Ryan & Bellevue Honda - a winning combination. The Pilot is the third vehicle we have purchased there and we couldn't be more pleased. Sales, Finance and Service are consistently excellent. Al and his staff in the Service Dept always do an excellent job and the prices are very reasonable. We would recommend Bellevue Honda without reservation. Also important, Honda builds reliable vehicles. more

Love the car...we went home happy! 3/10/2011

Good: What I liked the most when we were buying our 2011 Pilot was that Dennis Ouellette did not pressure us at all. We actually went there knowing what we wanted so it was just a matter of negotiating the right price. We got it except for the extras but overall we went home happy.. Bad: When we were brought to sign the papers our mind was set on the price, monthly payment etc. However, before we signed, they offered us more product like extended warranty, invisible bra. etc. which we liked but why after the deal was done...it totally messed us up...total price changed and so as the monthly payment and did not liked that :(. Improvements: They should offer the extras before the paperwork signing happens so we don't end up doing another negotiation inside the office.. Other: Dennis O. is an awesome salesperson. I would definitely recommend his service to others.. more

Honda Auto Center- Amazing Experiece 3/9/2011

We came into this Honda dealership after a weekend full of not so remarkable visits at Toyota, Honda, and Mazda at other locations. Before giving up, we decided that we could muster up some energy to visit the Bellevue Honda -- thinking maybe we would have different results. This was on a Sunday at 5:30pm! Challenging as it was, we can absolutely say that Micol Le made our weekend and we spent the rest of the evening closing on a new Honda Pilot. The negotiation process was non-obtrusive, the demeanor was positive and constructive, and Micol's personal touch made the purchase so much more enjoyable. I am telling all of my friends about the great experience and deal we received from Honda of Bellevue. Not to mention- financing and all was a cinch. We used to be a Toyota family for over 20 years............We had a great experience at Honda! more

Gem of a sales rep! 3/8/2011

Sarah Tucker made buying my first car an amazing experience! Sarah was so fun to work with and made me feel extremely comfortable. I had a very strict price point and Sarah pushed to make it happen! If you are looking for a 'No B.S.' sales person who will take the time to find the right car for you Sarah is your gal! Honda of Bellevue lives up to their reputation time and time again. My family purchased a car there in 1994 and it is great to know that they still take care of their customers just like they always have! more

This is a quick note to say that i am very satisfied with the service that i received from my salesman Al Uyeno and Honda Of Bellevue. Al gave me a very fair price on my new car and my experience the day of purchase at the dealership was a fun experience as it should be. i also want to say that he followed up with a couple of minor things i needed after the sale which i really appreciate as well. i would recommend anyone to Al for their new Honda vehicle. 1st Car purchase in over 15 years 3/6/2011

I was referred to Honda of Bellevue sales staff person Mr. Tom Jorgensen by the Costco Auto Program. I came into this arrangement decided on what I wanted and with what minimum features. This was that it would be a Honda first, but with the further conditions of being an AWD 4 cyl. CR-V with a short list of accessories I felt would be essential to my needs. Even though I was very much decided, Tom's explanation and input helped me to refine my choices and make decisions in a very comfortable manner with absolutely no pressure nor hint of "up-selling." Over several meetings and a number of hours of what I'm sure was work for him, he patiently explained every detail involved and answered or found out the exact answer for every question we asked. In the end I would have to say that it was an all round positive experience, which was not what my long term history has informed me of concerning the purchase of cars. I am very satisfied with the experience and the purchase and readily endorse Honda of Bellevue and Tom Jorgensen. more

Best Car Buying Experience Thanks to Gil! 2/16/2011

Took the time to research the CRV and Honda dealerships. Also, went to Renton Honda to look around. Found the salesmen to be cocky and arogant! Then went to Bellevue Honda, what a difference in experience. I lucked out and got Gil. He didn't pressure me or make me rush into buying a car. He let me take my time. No sales pitches, just honest info on the car. Gil helped us to get to a price my husband and I could feel good about and we bought the car! I love my car. No buyer's remorse. If it wasn't for Gil it could have been a totally different experience and we probably wouldn't have bought the car. Thanks Gil and Honda Auto Center of Bellevue! more

Excellent experiience 2/15/2011

Howie and I handled this sale over the phone for the most part. We concluded it on the showroom floor after Patricia got the opportunity ti view the color of the Element. The color we chose was Omni Blue Pearl, which we have had nothing but very good compliments on. Howie was able to close the deal that night by giving Patricial and myself the final Elements we requested to conclude the sale. The paper work was handled as well as could be expected. The review of the vehicle went very swiftly as it was already like home for us. We have both been very happy with the sale and would not hesitate but to recommend Howie to any of our friends who were thinking about a new or used Honda. Honda Auto Center of Bellevue turned out to be a great place to do business and we thank them very much. more

Happy Go Lucky 2/8/2011

I am very happy with my purchase and feel very chique at school. I am very lucky! It was great to meet Marco again, thank you, and after meeting Sarah I want to visit the Spa. I also showed my cats the car and they enjoyed sniffing it and looking through the big windows. I hooked up my IPod to the computer (Hallelujah) and I figured out how to use the GPS. The Most AMAZING Experience!!! 1/31/2011

Buying your first car is a big deal and all you can do is hope you will walk away with the car you want, experience great customer service, genuine people, and know you just made a good decision. This was our experience at Honda of Bellevue. Joy and Sarah made the car buying experience an absolute delight! My husband and I left Honda of Bellevue feeling as though we just added two more members to our family (Joy and Sarah) and would not want to do business anywhere else or with anyone else. Terrible Customer Service - I don't like being lied to 1/27/2011

We purchased a car from Honda of Bellevue and only received one key that day. We were promised a second key (which I believe is standard practice) but never received it. We left several messages with or saleman but he never responded. I then went to their customer service web page and posted a complaint which was totally ignored. I will never shop here again. more

No Pressure -- Great Price! 1/10/2011

Howie was my salesman and he was very friendly, informed about the vehicle, and didn't pressure me to buy something I didn't want. I was really dreading buying my first car, hearing horror stories of salespeople pressuring you and having to haggle for a reasonable price. I was offered a very fair price for my vehicle and didn't feel pressured to add features that I didn't want to. I was at first weary that the price of the car wasn't advertised on their site, but when I went in I discovered it was on sale and selling for $1k less than the Seattle dealer had it listed. Highly recommended. more
