6600 repair bill to try and con me to trade in 10/20/2014

Brought my car in when a spark plug blew out and was quoted 6600 for repairs on internal engine damage i.e. bent valves, damaged cylinder heads, etc. Then nonchalantly suggested their trade-in program. Brought the car in to a different mechanic and was repaired for $500 with a simple fix. No need for internal engine surgery and part replacement. I much prefer to keep my car. Never going there again. Should be shamed. more

immature sales on used car. 1/16/2014

I am desperate to buy a car but keen to make sure my investment is worth it - I can't visit every dealership and choose to speak to sales guys over phone. When doing this, I ran into honda of bellevue and the sale rep could care less about the customer or his needs and was keen on telling me what I should buy. He couldn't hold my attention for more than a couple of minutes and lost the entire conversation. He could care less about loosing the sale or the customer and did not feel bad or apologize...Perhaps its my lucky day and I ran into someone in a bad mood or with enough experience to be a trainee. more

Very bad customer service for used car 11/26/2012

Bought a Honda Civic 4 months ago and last week, battery and alternator went down. What is irritating is that i paid a premium to buy a car from this dearlership and being told over the phone by a rude salesman that it happens and nothing can be done was very frustrating. Not only did the battery had crorrosion, which is strange after only 4 months, but i also got a flat tire today that leads me to belive that there are not doing a thorough at checking used car before selling. I feel that i have been cheated and the sales person was not willing to help. Bad experience; very disapointed by lack of customer service and don't recommend at all !! more

Don't appreciate return customers.... 8/26/2012

I bought a 2007 Honda Civic EX in 2008 from Kevin at Honda of Bellevue. I recently came in and spoke with Kevin and another guy (Kamir?) about trading in my car and buying a new CRV. I was offended on a few levels with the way business is done around there. I bought my current car 4 years ago and had finally decided to upgrade to a CRV this year. When I came in with my Civic (because of a marketing letter I got stating Honda Bellevue would pay top dollar for my trade-in) I was offered $3500 UNDER KBB prices for my car! It was offensive considering I am a return customer and had a great trade in to the very company that sold it to me! So I left and sold my car on my own for $5000 more than was offered for my trade-in at $13,300. Needless to say, I am taking my money and going to another Honda dealership hoping they treat me with more respect and honesty that I received from Honda of Bellevue. more

Praise for Honda Bellevue 6/3/2012

My experience at Honda Bellevue has been very positive overall. I have had a great experience with the service department for a decade with my Honda Civic. And now I have had a very positive journey buying a new Honda Odyssey with salespeople Matt Singer and Gil Delacruz. For someone who is probably more wary than most of the sales process, this was more pleasant than I would have anticipated. more

Best Experience 5/30/2012

My wife and I have purchased our second car from Honda of Bellevue, Howie Te has been our salesperson both times, not only is this the best dealer in the city, but Howie is one of the most trustworthy and pleasant salesperson we have ever dealt with at any car dealership in our lives. We highly recommend not only the dealer but Howie to make sure buying experience a pleasant and fair one. Thank you Howie we love our new CRV!! more

Used Car Purchase - Couldn't Be Better 5/29/2012

We purchased a 2005 Pilot from Bellevue Honda in 2012 - car was beautiful and such a good price - we found a big problem with a water leak in the front wheel wells 1 week after purchase - they not only fixed the problem at no cost to us, they also gave us a rental car for the full week of the repair time for no cost. I will definitely go back to them in the future when it is time to upgrade. (PS - ask for Eddy Yeh he's the best) more

Pleasant Experience at Belleve Honda 5/23/2012

My husband has been shopping for a new car for three years. I reluctantly accompanied him several times and finally said I wouldn’t go anymore because I was frequently uncomfortable dealing with car salesman. Then he decided to go through Costco and was referred to Bellevue Honda. Everything about Bellevue Honda was positive. We worked with Howie Te and Tom Jorgensen and they were first class They were helpful and professional in every way. We finally bought our new CRV at the best price we could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Bellevue Honda and Howie Te and Tom Jogensen to anyone shopping for a car. Thanks again for a pleasant car buying experience. Lori P. more

If you are ever in the Honda area in Bellevue, Please ask for MAURICE! I promise he will take good care of you. We came into Honda yesterday and I was a bit nervous because we were on a budget, we actually came in looking for a Used car, Honestly, I can't thank Maurice enough that we worked hard and actually we got approved with not only a car but a BRAND NEW 2012 CIVIC!!! I wished i would of came here a long time ago and the fact that this dealer, NO pressures, pushy, or rude sorts of atmopshere or staff. What I loved about our car sales associate, he LISTENTED! Not like others where they second opinion you for something else and he never made us feel uneasy or uncomfortable! We came in supposedly for a used car and in the end, drove out, not LEASE, bought! A BRAND NEW 2012 CIVIC!!! Totally recommed this dealer and Trust me, Just ask for Maurice Elazrak, he'll take care of you, No pressure!!! :-) Maurice, thank you once again, you made our day and for sure, you got a fan! more

Thanks to Eddy Yeh for amazing service! My mother and I just leased a 2012 CRV from Bellevue Honda and we could not be happier. As a college student, I needed all of the help I could get in order to understand how to lease my first car and Eddy gave us that and MORE! He was helpful, timely and never had a salesman agenda. I walked in to Bellevue Honda hoping to get some questions answered and walked out with paperwork signed and a car on the way. We got our car in less than a week and now I am the happy driver of a brand new CRV. Go to Bellevue Honda for your next car and ask for Eddy Yeh!! more

Recent purchase @ Honda with Maurice Elazrak and Arthur Habek 3/23/2012

I am a returning customer with Honda and had a car that I wanted to trade. But I was in a negative equity (which im sure some of you are) so I was skeptical. BUT.....Maurice took me in and assisted me right away. Introduced me to Arthur and he helped me with the numbers. These guys are AWESOME and I did not have to stay at their dealership all night. I would suggest everyone to come to Honda of Bellevue for the best service and amazing cars!!!! And make sure you ask for Maurice Elazrak!!! He is the absolute BEST!!! more

False promises 3/21/2012

I was turned down twice hours before my actual purchase. The sales guy i was working with asked me not come on a particular day since that day was his weekly off and then next day he wont even hold the car for an hour for me. Someone else picked the car in the meanwhile. And this hasnt happened once ..this happened twice..this makes me wonder if they have change of mind. I was working with Mick and the day i went to pick up the used civic he was not around but he told me that he had given all the details to a guy called Ryan. So Ryan actually called and confirmed if i was coming and when i arrived, he offered to pull the car in the front(from the lot). 10 minutes later he shows up and says "you know what..that car got sold"...i mean i understand that someone else might have picked the car but you would expect a courtesy call. A co-worker of mine warned me about this dealership but i thought maybe it was a one off instance. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone. more

Great experience buying our new CR-V! 1/3/2012

We just purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V and couldn't be happier about the car and our experience at Honda of Bellevue. Our salesman, Cal Scott, was fantastic. He and Ryan Jackman in the business office made the entire process simple and painless. The young man in the service department, Robby Cho (I think), was enthusiastic, helpful and professional. This is our second Honda we've purchased at this dealership. I look forward to doing business there in the future and I highly recommend them. more

Great Experience 12/10/2011

I must say, I dfidnt get what I expected! I went in to Honda of Bellevue expecting to get someone at my door as I was parking the vehicle i arrived in, but no my mother, daughter and I were abkle to walk around and look at cars before we were nicely approached. It was a scary thought to even have to go to a dealership after recently getting into a car accident and having no vehicle. Howie Te approached us and asked if we had questions, were looking around, or needed any help. Thats where it began, I am pleased to say I have purchased a new 2012 accord. Extremely satisfied! Not only did he help all the way but still followed up after the sale! Not pushy at all!! I would definately recommend this dealership and Howie Te. more

found my little gem on the website in the used inventory section, called HOWIE TE and the next day i was test driving it & had it inspected. the car checked out & they worked w/me on the price to give me a solid offer that i agreed to & now i own the accord se. THNX HOWIE more
